Take a load off and let us take care of the tidying up! We offer a first time
home cleaning package which can then be followed by maintenance services.
Here are some of the services provided with home
cleaning packages:
- Kitchen (counters, outside of microwave, cabinets and appliances,
clean sinks, floors)
- Bathrooms (clean tub/shower, toilet, mirror, light fixtures,
floors)
- Whole house (dust floor to ceiling, spot clean outlets and doors,
remove cobwebs, vacuum all carpets, wash all floors, change bedding, clean glass
surfaces, windows, remove garbage)
- First time deep clean (wall hangings, book shelves, baseboards, door facings,
window sills, clean under beds/furniture and more)
We also offer customizable Spring and Fall cleaning packages that offer the following extras:
- General (dust high light fixtures and wash reachable light fixtures, oil woodwork, clean ceiling fans,
clean fireplaces)
- Kitchen (clean inside appliances and cabinets, oil woodwork/cupboards, wash baseboards)
- Bathrooms (clean inside cabinets, oil woodwork, clean baseboards, tile, and clean light fixtures)
- You choose (let's customize what needs cleaned!)
Rental Properties
If you have a rental property that needs cleaning before the next tenants move in, give us a call!
Here are some of the services provided for rental properties:
- Deep clean kitchen (inside/outside cupboards, appliances, counters and other
hard surfaces, window ledges, sinks)
- Deep clean bathrooms (Scrub and disinfect floors, toilet, bath/shower, doors, sink,
wipe counters and clean inside cabinets/drawers, clean mirrors)
- Deep clean all living areas and bedrooms (Vacuum/mop as necessary, clean mirrors,
remove cobwebs, clean and polish all surfaces, wash windows, sills and ledges, clean
inside wardrobes, dust and/or wash light fixtures)
